Scuola Calcio Coaching Magazine (SCCM) and its parent companies provide their service
to the subscriber (YOU), subject to the following Term of Service
(TOS), which may be updated periodically without notice. SCCM and its
parent companies reserve the right at any time and/or from time to
time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service
without notice. SCCM and its parent companies shall not be liable to
you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance
of the Service.
We encourage our visitors to view the TOS periodically.

Information:
The
TOS constitute the entire agreement between the visitor (YOU), Subscriber
(YOU), Scuola Calcio Coaching Magazine (SCCM) and its parent
companies. You also may be subject to additional terms and
conditions that may apply when you use any affiliate services,
third-party content or third-party software. The TOS and the
relationship between you and SCCM shall be
one of trust. You and SCCM agree to submit trustworthy information.

Description
of Service:
Currently
the "Services" of SCCM consist of the following:
1. Yearly
Scuola Calcio Coaching Magazine subscription for single
members and Club/Organization offer:
2. nine
issues per subscription per year sent via email in PDF format;
3. nine issues per subscription per year. All subscriptions within
the Club/Organization Offer will be send to 1 email address in
PDF format.

Price
And Payment:
You
agree to pay all charges, including applicable taxes, in accordance
with billing terms in effect at the time the fee or charge becomes
payable. SCCM reserves the right to change the amount of any fees or
charges for the Service, and to institute new fees or charges effective
upon prior notice to Customers.
SCCM agrees that it will terminate your account upon notice from
you. If cancellation is received within the first 15 days of you signing
up for a service, you will be refunded all fees for that service,
but you will still be obligated to pay any other charges incurred
such as delivery charges, administration charges, etc.

Sponsors,
third parties and advertisers:
You
agree that SCCM shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or
damage of any sort incurred as the result of any advertisement or
as the result of the presence of any sponsors, third parties of
any Services. Any representations associated with such dealings,
are solely between you and such sponsor, third party or advertiser.

The SCCM Website is providing, or third parties may provide, links
to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because SCCM has no control
over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that SCCM
is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or

any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available
from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that
SCCM and its parent companies shall not be responsible or liable, directly
or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused
by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods
or services available on or through any such site or resource.

3. unauthorized access to or alternation of your transmission or

4. statements or conduct of any third party on the services;
5. any other matter relating to the services;

wishing to submit material for publishing in side SCCM may contact
the publisher. By submitting any material to SCCM, you grant SCCM
an irrevocable, transferable and worldwide right to use, reproduce,
publicly perform and display, distribute, and sell such information,
suggestions, ideas, drawings or concepts communicated without any
compensation to you whatsoever.
